Foxborough Unitarian Universalist church is known for serving the community through a variety of means:
- Father Bills and MainSpring House: we gather on the 4th Sunday of each month after service to make lunches for the Rodeway Inn Apartment residents.
- Brown Envelope Collections: each month we choose a charity and collect funds to donate on behalf of our congregation. Recent recipients include: UUA Disaster Relief Fund, Foxborough Food Pantry and Discretionary Fund, Norfolk Advocates for Children, Boston Area Trans Support, Neponset Watershed Association, World Central Kitchen, Rhode Island Black Storytellers, Y2Y shelter--and many more!
- Annual Gift Drive: each December we spread holiday cheer and donate gifts to one of the local community drives.
- Foxborough and Mansfield Annual Clean Up Days: Many of us gather to beautify Foxborough and our neighboring community of Mansfield. We are also are concentrating on improving our church grounds for the benefit of all who pass us on their way around the Foxborough Common.
