We are a lay-led congregation. ‘Lay-led congregations’ are ones that lead themselves without a full-time minister. Unitarian Universalism has a proud history of congregational lay leadership, and at the Foxborough Universalist Church, the pulpit belongs to the people. We take pride in participating in worship, leading worship, and taking an active role in the content that comes from the pulpit. This is OUR place. Together we make it a holy place.
Sunday Services 10 am
Sunday Services offer an array of teachings from a diversity of knowledge, wisdom and faiths. Services are led by members, our volunteer minister and guest speakers. Youth and children join in for the first part of the service and then move on to Religious Exploration. On occasion, we hold intergenerational services. These services are typically interactive and geared toward keeping young ones engaged.
